Free house cleaning checklist
A clean, client-ready checklist for standard house cleaning visits. Put your logo and contact details at the top, tick tasks as you go, and leave a copy with the client.
What's on the checklist
- Client, service address, date, time in and out, cleaner names
- Every visit: kitchen surfaces, sink and appliance fronts, bathrooms cleaned and sanitized, dusting, vacuum and mop, trash, beds
- Rotating task: baseboards, inside microwave, window sills, ceiling fans and vents (one per week)
- Extras and client requests
- Report to office: damage, low supplies, access or key issues

How to use it
- Add your logo and business name: write or stamp them in the header boxes, or fill them in with any PDF editor
- Print a stack and keep them in your cleaning caddy
- Tick each task, note anything for the office, and get the client's initials
- Leave the copy behind so the client sees exactly what was done
